With years of experience working within his family’s restaurants, Eddy Phimphrachanh ventured off to open his own & first, Thaifoon Restaurant. His simple concept was to offer London an Asian eatery that would stress the details of all the important elements of Thai cuisine & fine dining.

As of Summer 2014, Manisay & Fouzan are the new owners of Thaifoon.  Manisay is Eddy’s aunt, the youngest sibling of Arounvaty ( Eddy’s Mother ) strives on continuing to grow Thaifoon’s reputation by providing quality Authentic Thai cuisine and superior service.  An article on Huffington Post lists Thaifoon as one of the ” 25 Best restaurants in London ”   The new owners take pride in providing their guests with an unforgettable experience when it comes to their food and service.

Ambiance:

With subtle lighting, earth tones, glowing candles & a soothing water fountain, Thaifoon’s Asian interior captures the natural elements of light, earth, fire & water.  The minimalist room is sleek, with a sexy soundtrack, ancient statues, bamboo accents, rich dark woods and ultra-soft leather banquettes.

Food:

A combination of sweet, salty, spicy and tangy is what makes Thai food so flavourful.  Thaifoon’s menu brings out the flavours of Authentic Thai cuisine.  it offers a variety of dishes that is suitable for all guests that dine in.  Lots of food options that range from mild to Thai hot, while still keeping all the flavours together.  Exotic Martinis and Asian imported beers augment a wine list that has been carefully selected to accompany the cuisine.  Thaifoon excels in dinner service.
